Tamiz began its journey as a dough and pasta factory. But everything changed when Tami, our founder, set out on a personal mission to create something meaningful for her daughter, who had embraced a vegan lifestyle.

Driven by love and dedication, Tami began developing a line of almond-based cheeses that would be both nutritious and genuinely delicious. After several years of experimentation, refinement, and passion, she succeeded in creating recipes that brought a fresh vision to life, blending tradition with innovation.

 

At the same time, the global food industry was entering a new era, one where plant-based, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free choices became more than trends; they became a way of life. Tamiz grew alongside this movement, bringing quality, taste, and transparency to the world of dairy alternatives.

Our products are made from almonds, a superfood packed with nutritional value and are part of our commitment to sustainability and ecological responsibility. Every item we produce reflects our belief in harmony between people, food, and the natural world.

Today, Tamiz proudly produces a growing variety of fresh almond-based creations, including: Galil cheeses in Boursin style, cottage cheese in the classic Israeli flavor, labneh, yogurt, drinks, spreads, creams, and more.
