Ingredients:
A mix of fresh greens (lettuce, arugula, young chard, mustard leaves)
Thinly sliced colorful radishes
Juicy tomatoes, cut into wedges
Thin carrot sticks
Kalamata olives
Cubes of Tamiz vegan Balkan-style cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Charred country bread with high-quality olive oil
Preparation:
Combine all the vegetables in a wide bowl, add the cheese cubes, season to taste, and serve with warm, charred bread on the side.
