Sometimes, all you really need is a big bowl of crisp greens, a few slices of charred country bread, and one cheese that makes all the difference.


Tamiz’s Balkan-style vegan cheese, with its semi-hard texture and clean, savory flavor, blends effortlessly into the salad. No need to dress it up.



Ingredients:



  • A mix of fresh greens (lettuce, arugula, young chard, mustard leaves)

  • Thinly sliced colorful radishes

  • Juicy tomatoes, cut into wedges

  • Thin carrot sticks

  • Kalamata olives

  • Cubes of Tamiz vegan Balkan-style cheese

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Charred country bread with high-quality olive oil




Preparation:


Combine all the vegetables in a wide bowl, add the cheese cubes, season to taste, and serve with warm, charred bread on the side.
